Hi, I'm George. As most  know, food carts and trucks have grown in the last few years. Unfortunately this explosion is affecting  what we eat and our world, with  over complex, expensive, and environmentally reckless foods and packaging. 

    I aim to change that by leading by example.

 

EAT @George's is my interpretation of classic comfort foods, healthy snacks, with the intention of bringing St. Helens foods we DO NOT already have, while using environmentally  conscience packaging and locally sourced organic fruits and vegetables at affordable prices in portions that won't leave you hungry. In other words we aim to bring  DELICIOUS  VALUE
